Lotus Fitness Studio is located in South Orlando (Hunter’s Creek/Southchase area).

It is 2400 square feet divided into two boutique style rooms. One room is reserved for group fitness activities including, but not limited to: Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Cardio, and several different dance forms.

The other side is dedicated to all forms of Pole fitness, providing 15 X-poles to bring out your sensual strength.
